Elizabeth Hill, LMFT, is a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, clinical supervisor, and founder of Spoken, an integrative psychotherapy practice based in Los Angeles. She has nearly two decades of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. Her work is relational, integrative, and trauma-informed, incorporating EMDR, somatic approaches, and IFS-informed therapy. Breathwork is also an important part of her work.
Elizabeth completed the MAPS MDMA Therapy Training Program and has continued her training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, preparation and integration, and expanded states of consciousness. She brings this background into her clinical work with clients seeking psychedelic preparation and integration.
Elizabeth works extensively with LGBTQ+ clients, creatives, therapists, and other helping professionals. Much of her work centers on relationships, identity, trauma, and major life transitions. Her style is warm, direct, curious, and engaged, and she brings humor and a realness to the therapeutic space.
