I am a Mother, somatic trauma therapist, psychedelic-assisted therapist, educator, and student of Celtic Shamanism. My decade of work in the mental health field has taught me that trauma shows up in many forms and that we have an incredible innate capacity for healing. I specialize in supporting people to heal the disconnection from self, body, community, and life that is often the result of trauma. On my path, I have formed a deep awareness and respect of the fluidity of human experience and the universal draw towards meaning, connection, and wholeness.

As a therapist, I specialize in working with people on trauma, Complex PTSD, postpartum depression and anxiety, relational issues, identity development, and spiritual emergence.

As an educator and mentor, I focus on consent, ethics, accountability, trauma-informed care, and weaving clinical and spiritual approaches to psychedelic facilitation.
