Mia Sarno, PsyD (she/they), is a gender fluid Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of California, who also goes by Dr. Mimi. She earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology, where she returned to teach as an Adjunct Professor. She provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and serves on various FDA clinical trials with other psychedelic compounds, including LSD, psilocybin, 5-MeO-DMT, and N,N-DMT, at both Psychedelic Science Institute in Los Angeles and Kadima Neuropsychiatry Institute in San Diego. At Fluence, she trains other psychedelic researchers on FDA clinical trials and is an educator for the psilocybin training program in accordance with Colorado state-approved facilitation. She specializes in psychedelic-assisted therapy, complex trauma, and working with trans, gender diverse, and other queer-identifying clients.
