Dr. Qazi Javed is a double board-certified psychiatrist and a diplomate of the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine. He brings over two decades of experience to a deeply individualized practice focused on psychotherapy, spiritual development, and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Trained in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry, Dr. Javed’s early integrative and holistic work centered around complex pediatric neuroimmune conditions, including PANS/PANDAS. He has been appointed twice to the Texas Governor’s Advisory Council on PANS/PANDAS and has walked closely with families navigating immense challenge and transformation. He has worked with families in therapeutic intensive settings and with holistic and integrative modalities. Though no longer accepting child and adolescent patients, that chapter shaped his clinical philosophy: one that sees each individual through a developmental, relational, and soul-centered lens.

Today, Dr. Javed’s work focuses on adult psychotherapy, second opinion consultations, and transformative intensives — including therapeutic, spiritual, and ketamine-assisted sessions. His approach integrates existential and psychodynamic frameworks, Internal Family Systems-inspired parts work, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, woven together with his long-standing spiritual training and study of transpersonal traditions.

Dr. Javed has been practicing Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) since 2019 and is also a graduate of the MAPS MDMA Therapy Training Program. He has also been training other practitioners in how to work with people in expanded states of consciousness. He founded Blossom Ketamine, one of its kind Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Clinic in Bee Cave, TX. In that clinic he supports therapists who want to work with clients in non ordinary states of consciousness.

With certification in herbal medicine from David Winston’s 3-year clinical herbalist program, Dr. Javed draws from Western herbalist, Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese, Eclectic, and Tibb traditions, tailoring regimens for mind-body healing. He combines these modalities with psychotherapy and understanding of a person’s mind, body and soul. Psychotherapy remains the heart of his work and his integrative medical background allows him to offer meaningful second opinions for patients seeking alternatives to medication-only models, and those wanting to explore functional medicine or soul-based pathways to wellness.
